However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, photography and the handmade or handcrafted nature of certain products.
Some Saffron Loom products may be handmade or individually finished. Small variations in colour, pattern, texture, dimensions or finish may therefore occur and may be characteristic of handcrafted products rather than defects.
Product availability is subject to change.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities, subject to applicable law.
3. ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.
After receiving your order, we may send you an electronic confirmation containing information about your order.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases involving:
• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or obvious errors
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Payment authorization problems
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We will deliver products to the address provided during checkout.
Estimated delivery times shown on our website are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

For consumers purchasing online within the European Union, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.
Saffron Loom also offers a voluntary 30-day return period subject to the conditions contained in our Refund & Return Policy.
Nothing in our voluntary return policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
